We had a good open boat trip yesterday but the fishing was a little off. We had aboard, Jim, Ron, Doug, Lenny and Keith. The conditions were not the best but we landed 4 keepers all around 33" and released shorts. It seems fishing was off all around the fleet yesterday. Water temp. was higher in the morning than the afternoon at 51.2 degrees. No bluefish have been landed yet, but I am sure it won't be long now. I bet within the next trip or two. The rest of the week is supposed to be beautiful weather. Let's catch some stripers!
Dates available to charter are: May 10, 11, 12, 13.
Two OPEN BOAT DATES are coming up!! The first one will be this Sunday, May 8, Mother's day. The trip will be a special one so you can go fishing and get home in time for the holiday events. The trip will be for stripers leaving the dock at 6am and returning at 10:30 am. We are fishing close now so running time is only about 15 minutes out and in. The second OPEN BOAT TRIP will be Monday May 9. Full day striped bass fishing. 7am to 2pm. Full day price is $100.00 per head. Once again call or email to reserve your spot.
